Whether you’re an experienced player, completely new to rugby, or looking for a fun family day out, Greenwich Rugby Football Club invites you to join us for an action-packed Rugby Fun Day.

Enjoy a welcoming community atmosphere, professional coaching, fitness sessions, non-contact rugby games, food, refreshments, and plenty of fun for all ages and abilities.

Adult Rugby Sessions (18+)

Get involved with our Senior Squad as we kick off preparations for the 2026/27 season.

What to Expect

Our adult sessions are open to everyone — whether you already play rugby or have never picked up a ball before. Under the guidance of our experienced coaches, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, improve fitness, and become part of the Greenwich Rugby community.

Kids Rugby Sessions (Ages 3+)

Our Junior Squads — the Greenwich Pirates — will be running exciting rugby activities for boys and girls of all ages.

Kids Activities Include

• Warm-up games

• Fitness and movement sessions

• Coaching and rugby skills

• Teamwork and respect activities

• T1 & Tag Rugby – No Contact

• Fun games and challenges

• Half-time refreshments

• FREE BBQ for all players

Children will be grouped by age and ability, making the sessions fun, safe, and suitable for everyone. Our coaches focus on introducing rugby in a positive environment where kids can learn, build confidence, make friends, and most importantly — have fun.
